We spent ALL our wealth getting ready for this clusterfuck years ago. Because it was plain to see this was coming one way or another.... Not quite this way I'll admit, but I knew this was coming.
1. 50% is "this will pass". Just hold on and stay calm, the future will work out even though stuff is really bleak now.
2. 25% is "doom trading".
3. 25% is "get on this awful train before it leaves the station". The maniacs are going to win and take over the country (maybe world) so I better plow money into their companies so at least I have a chance at getting something out of the awful future that is inevitable.
The market right now is like having your oncologist say that you’re healthier than ever if you count growth in number of cells in your body.

I think "doom trading" is about 25% of the issue:
